On November 13, 2019, The United States District Court for the Southern District of New York issued a new order that tentatively considered uCloudlink’s redesign devices are no longer infringing. According to this order, if SIMO does not submit a competing expert report by November 27, 2019, the court will lift the injunction as to all the infringing devices.
